CQWW SSB CONTEST
Contest : CQ World Wide DX Contest Callsign : VK6ANC Mode :
PHONE Category : Multi Operator - Single Transmitter (MS) Band(s) : All
bands (AB) Class : High Power (HP) Zone/State/... : 29
Soapbox: A good turn out of operators meant we operated for the full 48 Hours
of the contest. It was the first time we actually used 2 radios for a
M/Single and the Multi Station worked lots of good Multis over the
weekend. Tough going on 40 but we will have our 3 element tribander up for next
year. We had some overseas visitors and it was a pleasure to welcome PA3BAG on
Saturday night and also 9A2BD on Sunday. He did some operating and I'm sure
found it a bit different working from Zone 29. A total of 98 DXCC countries
worked during the contest. Logs are printed and I'm sure Neil VK6NE will be busy
with qsling.

who took part. We lost mains power for 11 hours on Sunday but were able to
continue with the help of our back up generator. We scored around 4.75 Million
